Learning room opening during the Christmas season

Are you studying or working on your submission over the Christmas break instead of on holiday or with your family?

Despite the university being closed, there is a heated study room on every campus:

• Campus Stadtmitte: Breitscheidstraße 2b, 1st floor, room M 2.11
• Vaihingen Campus: Universitätsstraße 34, ground floor, room 00.168 (in the former Campus guest)

Opening hours: Monday – Friday, except on public holidays (26.12.,6.1.) always from 08:00 – 18:00

As an additional offer, the MINT-Kolleg will be present in the learning room in Vaihingen on 28.12. and 29.12. 2022 and from 02.01. to 05.01. 2023 from 14:00 to 16:00 with lecturers to help you with your questions.

The normal study rooms and the library will be closed during this time.

If you are restricted in your work, e.g. on your final thesis, due to the closure of the library and the study rooms, there is a simplified possibility to apply for an extension of the deadline of usually two weeks. You can find a template for this here: stuvus.de/en/university-closure.
