Data collection as part of the competition with the DB

In order to organise the competition for the best escalator meme with the possibility of winning an iPhone in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn (DB), stuvus collects and processes the personal data of participants via a contact form.

Participation in the competition requires the collection and processing of the following data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1a DSGVO (consent of the data subject): e-mail address

Participants’ personal data is stored on stuvus’ own servers. The data will only be used to establish contact and process the prize presentation with the winner. The personal data will be deleted after the campaign has ended and the prize has been sent. The personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred, in particular to DB.
