Mario Kart Tournament

After the Mario Kart Tournament was a complete success during the first semester introduction, we would like to extend this offer to everyone:

In the lecture theatre, it’s usually quite rare for anyone to throw green turtle shells and bananas. We’re making an exception here! In teams of 4, you will compete for victory in 150cc Versus races on the Switch.

Due to time constraints, we unfortunately have to limit the number of people so that a total of 16 teams of 4 can participate. The teams can of course be formed spontaneously on site if you don’t yet know three other game enthusiasts! Participation is first come, first serve.

Of course, you can also simply cheer on and watch other teams and if you have your own Switch, you are welcome to bring it along and play with other spectators and eliminated teams outside of the tournament! You are also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.

When? Wednesday, 15 November 2023, 6:30 pm

Kickoff for the city centre party Springbreak

Our new university party “Springbreak” had its premiere this year! Around 2,100 people celebrated the start of the summer semester with us on three levels in K2.

We don’t want to stop at this one party; we want to celebrate again in K2 in 2024! There are already plans for how to make the party even better and how problems from the first party can be avoided. But: no party without organizers! And this is where you come in: Have you always wanted to organize a big event and see the party not only from the dance floor but also from the backstage area? Then you’ve come to the right place!

From cloakroom to shot bar to setting up – behind every university party are numerous students who organize the party. The tasks are varied and range from more time-consuming stations to stations where you don’t have to organize anything before the party. No previous experience is necessary!

At our kick-off meeting, we will introduce the various stations, answer questions and officially start planning for Springbreak 2024. Become part of our team!

Are you interested but can’t make it to the kick-off meeting? No problem at all! Just write to us here on Instagram or send an email to springbreak@stuvus.de and we’ll get back to you
