Wishes for the UB in the city center

The operating concept for the university library in the city centre after the general refurbishment is currently being written. It sets out everything that needs to be accommodated in the university library: How much space is needed for books? How many study places should there be? Do we need more group study spaces or more individual study spaces? Do we need rooms for online meetings? Do we need computer workstations? Should the individual study spaces be in a large reading room or distributed between the bookshelves? How should learning spaces be equipped? Should there also be places to relax? Would a café be good? Should there also be outdoor study areas? … These and many other questions now arise.
