Re-registration phase WS2023

The re-registration phase has now begun. 📅 This semester there is a small change to the period in which you can transfer the semester fee. From now until December 15 or from February 1 to 23, 2024 you can transfer the fee. The re-registration will be recorded when you pay your semester fee. Your re-registration can only be marked as paied in C@mpus if you transfer the fee in those periods. Remember to transfer the fee now only if you need a certificate of enrollment (e.g. for VISA) soon!

This year’s semester fee is normally 164 € and consists of the contribution for the Studierendenwerk of 86,50 €, an administrative fee of 70 € and 7,5 € for us as student representatives stuvus. If you transfer the amount too late, a late fee will be added.

Maybe you noticed that the fee for us has sunken from 10€ to 7,50€. That was decided at the 110 Student Parliament meeting to reduce our reserves. The fee is being used for a lot of different Projects like the fresher’s week and our calendar, but it is also used for financing student groups, game nights and fresher’s Weekends. A part of the fee is being use for administration, who plan, execute, and settle the accounts for these projects. We also use it to improve the life on campus.
