New opening times of our offices

Our office has new opening hours! So that you know when and where you can find our administrative staff and don’t find yourself in front of a closed door, we show you the new opening hours here.

On Mondays, Monika, our administrator, is in her home office and can therefore only be reached by phone (0711/685 83055 and 01573/395 6551) or by email (verwaltung@stuvus.uni-stuttgart.de) between 9:00 and 16:00. 

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays you can drop by our office in the Haus der Studierenden (Pfaffenwaldring 5c, 4th floor). The exact opening hours are: Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00; Friday: 9:00-12:00.

If you are located on the Campus Stadtmitte or don’t want to go to Vaihingen, you can also simply drop by on Thursdays from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00 on Campus Stadtmitte. Our office there is located in K2 (Keplerstraße 17) in room 2.038 on floor 2a. The room is opposite the staircase in the direction of the Stadtgarten.

Alternative times are possible at both locations by telephone arrangement.
