First-Semester Induction
In the last few days, the central first-semester induction took place. This year, for obvious reasons, there were special circumstances and requirements. Nevertheless, first-semester and third-semester students went on a tour of the campus and the city centre, made contacts, had a barbecue, did yoga, answered questions, and saw the inside of a lecture hall for the first time. We hope you all had as much fun as we did!
After 1.5 years of the pandemic, the freshers’ induction was also a welcome return to normal student council activities for us stuvus volunteers. We would have loved to celebrate the highlight of the freshers’ induction with the UNO. Unfortunately, we did not receive the necessary permission from the university. Instead, we have postponed the UNO and are working towards making it happen this year. Updates on this will follow. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in the Freshers’ Induction: all the helpers and organisers volunteered a lot of time in the planning and implementation; freshers and third-semester students adhered to the Corona guidelines and thus contributed to the implementation of the Freshers’ Induction.
