Deutschlandticket for students in BW

We already mentioned it in one of our previous posts, but now it’s official! From December 1, students will be able to travel throughout the country on local public transport for €1 per day.
Many states have already introduced a cheaper Deutschlandticket for students. This has not yet been the case in Baden-Württemberg. This is now set to change. From December, the Jugend TicketBW will be converted into the Deutschland-Ticket JugendBW.
Consumers do not have to do anything and will be informed by the VVS in good time.
The new ticket will cost the same as the Jugend TicketBW – namely €30.42 per month.
Just in time for the Christmas season, it can be used to explore all of Germany’s Christmas markets.
