Rail replacement service
The main line will be closed again this year from July 26 to September 6, 2025. The closure will be used to press ahead with the digitalization of the S-Bahn line between Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (underground) and Vaihingen. This should improve the performance and reliability of the S-Bahn.
